The sign for THINK uses an index finger NOT the whole hand.
The sign for KNOW uses the fingertips.
MORE vs MOST vs “more than”/above
We tend to do a double movement for the sign BOTHER and a single
movement for the sign INTERUPT…but it is not an absolute thing. It depends
on the context and the speed of signing.
